Warm Cheese and Ginger Jam Stuffed Baguettes

Simple and delicious baguettes served warm with cheese and ginger jam. Perfect for snacking or a light meal. Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serving size: 4 baguettes
Ingredients:
- 4 baguettes- 200 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or gouda)
- 100 g ginger jam
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).2. Make a slit on the top of each baguette, being careful not to cut all the way through.
3. Spread butter on the baguettes and season with salt and black pepper.
4. Stuff the baguettes with cheese.
5. Bake the baguettes in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the baguettes are golden brown.
6. Remove the baguettes from the oven and add ginger jam on top.
7. Serve warm.
