This delicious and creamy pasta is the perfect quick weeknight meal, combining the wonderful flavors of fresh spinach and a rich cream sauce. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onion. Sauté until softened.
3. Add the garlic to the pan and cook for another minute.
4. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
5. Pour the heavy cream into the pan and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
6. Stir in the cooked pasta and add a bit of reserved cooking water if needed to coat the pasta evenly.
7. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the pasta and season with salt and black pepper.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
