Description: A delicious tart featuring fresh asparagus and creamy goat cheese, perfect for a light lunch or appetizer.

Ingredients:
- 40 g butter
- 20 g finely grated cheese (such as goat cheese or gouda)
- 2.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 200 g asparagus
- 150 g goat cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the crust: Melt the butter and mix it with the grated cheese. Add the flour and cold water, and knead into a dough.
2. Press the dough into the bottom and sides of a tart pan. Pre-bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes.
3. Rinse and trim the asparagus. Blanch in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper. Add in the crumbled goat cheese.
5. Arrange the blanched asparagus on top of the pre-baked crust and pour the egg mixture over them.
6. Bake the tart in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-35 minutes, until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
