- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Honey, to taste

Instructions:
1. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and carefully remove the stems.
2. In a bowl, mix the goat cheese, chopped parsley, and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Stuff the mushrooms with the goat cheese mixture.
4. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil.
5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until they are cooked and golden brown.
6. Serve warm.
