Ingredients:
- 1 small early cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and slice the early cabbage into thin strips.
2. Peel and grate the carrots coarsely.
3. Rinse the apple, remove the seeds, and chop it into small cubes.
