A rich and decadent chocolate cake that's perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and stir until well combined.
4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set on the surface but slightly moist in the center.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream!
