Delicious and crispy French fries that are the perfect side dish for any meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 800 g potatoes - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips. 2. Rinse the potatoes in cold water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.
3. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the olive oil and spices. Mix well to coat the potatoes evenly.
4. Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
