Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.
5. Fold in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
