Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
3. Add the chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
4. Sift in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gently fold until all ingredients are incorporated.
5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 25-30 minutes.
6. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy it with whipped cream or ice cream.
