A delicious, creamy porridge made with semolina and served with sweet apple-lingonberry jam. Perfect for breakfast or a cozy dessert.

Ingredients:
- 1 liter of water
- 4 dl apple-lingonberry jam
- 1.5 dl semolina
- (0.5 dl sugar)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a pot, bring the water and apple-lingonberry jam to a boil.
2. Gradually add the semolina while whisking continuously.
3. Cook the mixture on low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Season the porridge with salt and sugar, if desired.
5. Allow the porridge to cool, then whisk it fluffy with an electric mixer.
6. Serve with milk or oat milk.
