A classic Italian dish that is quick to prepare and packed with flavor. This recipe takes only about 20 minutes to make.

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 100 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Meanwhile, cook the bacon or pancetta in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
3. When the pasta is done, reserve about 100 ml of the pasta cooking water and drain the pasta.
4. Add the hot pasta to the skillet with the bacon and garlic. Mix well.
5. Remove the skillet from heat and add the egg yolks and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir quickly to prevent the eggs from scrambling.
6. If needed, add reserved pasta cooking water until you reach the desired consistency.
7. Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
