A delicious and quick lunch option that combines flavorful sausage and a rich tomato sauce. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g dry pasta - 1 package of sausage (such as chorizo or other sausage)
- 1 small jar of tomato sauce (mini-Mutti)
- 2 tablespoons garlic oil
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- (Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for serving)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta, reserving a small amount of the cooking water. 2. Heat the garlic oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced sausage and cook until golden brown.
4. Pour in the tomato sauce and stir well. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, mixing well. Add reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
7. Serve warm, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
