- 1 bottle LaSelva Privo 2013 red wine (Sangiovese, Alicante) - 200 g blue cheese
- 200 g aged Cheddar
- 200 g Gouda
- 100 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 100 g dried figs
- 100 g fresh grapes
- 1 baguette
Instructions:
1. Arrange the cheeses beautifully on a serving platter. 2. Cut the cheeses into desired portions.
3. Place the nuts and dried figs beside the cheeses.
4. Rinse the fresh grapes and add them to the platter.
5. Slice the baguette and place the pieces on the serving platter.
6. Serve alongside the LaSelva Privo red wine.
