These delicious protein balls are a perfect energy boost, packed with protein and flavor. They are easy to make and work great as a snack or post-workout treat. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: About 10 balls
Ingredients:
- 0.5 dl shredded coconut- 0.5 dl coconut flour
- 1 dl protein powder
- 50 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 3-5 tbsp plant-based milk
- 1-2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until a uniform dough forms.2. Roll the dough into about 10 balls.
3. Place the balls in the refrigerator or freezer to firm up for about 30 minutes.
4. Enjoy as a healthy snack or energy source!
