A delicious and refreshing curd pie that crowns the Easter coffee table. The filling is made with delicious curd, and the dough is fluffy, making this pie particularly tasty. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 12-15 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 2 dl milk
- 1.5 dl cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 7-8 dl all-purpose flour
- 500 g curd
- 1 dl sugar (for filling)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl raisins
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the milk. Heat the mixture slightly until it is lukewarm.
2. Stir in the sugar, salt, dry yeast, and cardamom.
3. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and knead the dough until it is elastic. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
4. Prepare the curd filling: In a bowl, mix the curd, sugar, vanilla sugar, and raisins.
5. Roll out the risen dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the curd filling evenly over the dough.
6. Bake at 175 °C (347 °F) for about 25-30 minutes until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before serving.
