Description: A delicious peach tart made with a buttery crust and topped with sweet canned peaches. Perfect for dessert or a sweet snack.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes (plus baking time)
Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 150 g butter
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 1.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1.5 dl rolled oats
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- Canned peaches (about 1 can)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, sugar, and egg together until well combined.
3. Add the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, and baking powder. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
4. Grease a tart pan and pour the dough into the pan, spreading it evenly.
5. Arrange the canned peaches on top of the dough.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before serving.
