A delicious no-cook fruit jam made from dried fruits and chia seeds, perfect for breakfast or as a dessert.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes + refrigeration
Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g dried fruits (e.g., apricots, figs, or dates)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 100 ml water
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Lemon juice to taste

Instructions:

1. Chop the dried fruits into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine the chopped dried fruits, chia seeds, and water.
3. Add honey or maple syrup and lemon juice if desired.
4. Allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours or overnight to let the chia seeds swell and thicken the mixture.
5. Serve the jam on bread, with yogurt, or as a topping for porridge.
