Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 banana - 1 apple
- 1 dl spinach
- 1 dl cucumber
- 1 dl oat yogurt
- 2 dl water or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/2 dl chia seeds
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and apple, and cut them into small pieces.2. Rinse the spinach and cucumber.
3. Add all ingredients to a blender.
4. Blend on high until the smoothie is completely smooth.
5. Taste and add honey if you prefer a sweeter flavor.
6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately!
