Ingredients:
- 1 cup gooseberries (can be frozen)
- 2 cups plain organic yogurt
- Honey, to taste
- 1 cup organic orange juice
- 1 domestic apple, with skin
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- (optional) crushed dark chocolate for topping
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients except for the orange juice and honey into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Gradually add orange juice until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
4. Sweeten with honey to taste.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and sprinkle with crushed dark chocolate if desired.
