A refreshing and not too sweet smoothie, perfect for breakfast or a snack. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on high until the smoothie is completely smooth.
3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
5. Enjoy immediately!
