A simple and delicious mushroom pasta that comes together quickly and pleases the whole family. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)- 250 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and reserve a bit of the cooking water.2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for about 2–3 minutes.
4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are soft and slightly browned, about 5–7 minutes.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and stir well. Season with salt and pepper. Allow the sauce to heat through.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce. Add reserved cooking water as needed to achieve a pleasing consistency.
7. Serve the dishes garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
