Ingredients:

- 400 g ground beef
- 1 dl grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 dl milk
- 500 g frozen French fries
- 2 carrots, grated
- 200 g berries (e.g., blueberries or raspberries)
- 1 dl sugar (for the berry sauce)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and milk. Mix until the dough is smooth.
3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking tray.
4. Bake the meatballs in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
5. Meanwhile, cook the frozen French fries according to the package instructions.
6. To make the berry sauce, cook the berries and sugar in a saucepan. Let it simmer for a few minutes, stirring until the sauce thickens.
7. Serve the meatballs with the French fries and grated carrots. Add the berry sauce as a dessert.
