Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 200 g cream (for whipping)
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 50 g colored fondant
- Decorations (e.g., sprinkles, chocolate candies)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then add to the butter mixture alternately with the milk, starting and ending with the flour.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
6. Allow the cake to cool completely before decorating.
7. Whip the cream and gradually add the powdered sugar. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled cake.
8. Shape the colored fondant into desired decorations and place them on the cake.
9. Finally, add sprinkles and chocolate candies as additional decorations.
10. Serve beautifully and enjoy!
