Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of oak leaf lettuce - Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 green apples
- 1 passion fruit
- 300 ml coconut water
- 1 banana (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the oak leaf lettuce and place it in a blender. 2. Squeeze the lemon juice over the lettuce.
3. Peel and chop the green apples and banana (if using).
4. Add the apples, passion fruit, and coconut water to the blender.
5. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
6. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
