Ingredients:
- 500 g all-purpose flour - 300 ml water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 packet (about 7 g) dry yeast
- 100 g mixed seeds (e.g., sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the dry yeast and all-purpose flour together. 2. Add the salt and mix well.
3. Pour in the water and olive oil. Stir the mixture by hand or with a stand mixer until it is smooth.
4. Incorporate the mixed seeds into the dough and knead for about 10 minutes until it becomes elastic.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
6. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Allow the loaf to rise for another 30 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
9. Bake the bread in the oven for about 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and it sounds hollow when tapped.
10. Let the bread cool on a rack before slicing.
