Ingredients:
- 1 dl rolled oats - 2 dl milk or plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 dl berries (e.g., blueberries or strawberries)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- Nuts or seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat. 2. Add the rolled oats and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
3. Allow the porridge to simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
4. Add honey or maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
5. Remove the porridge from the heat and divide it into serving bowls.
6. Top the porridge with berries, banana slices, and nuts or seeds if desired.
