Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 200 g green beans
- 300 g potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
1. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes until tender. Drain and add butter. Mix well.
2. Cook the green beans in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and crisp. Drain and cool in cold water.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
4. Season the salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, and dill. Place the fillets in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the fish is cooked through.
5. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and serve with lemon slices.
6. Serve the salmon with potatoes and green beans.
