A colorful and healthy mix of vegetables sautéed to perfection.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, snap peas, and julienned carrot. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
