A colorful and nutritious stir-fry packed with fresh vegetables and a savory sauce.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
