Veggie Stir-Fry

A colorful and nutritious vegetable stir-fry that's quick and easy to prepare. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Drizzle the soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables. Stir well to combine.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
