A quick and healthy dish packed with colorful vegetables and a savory sauce.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the vegetables and stir well to coat. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
