A colorful and nutritious stir-fry packed with fresh vegetables and flavor.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, snap peas, carrot, and mushrooms to the skillet.
4. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to coat the vegetables evenly.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
