This delicious vegetable sandwich cake is the perfect treat for parties or family gatherings. The fresh and rich flavors combine various ingredients into a delightful whole.

Ingredients

- 1 package of fiber bread slices (or similar)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 can of crème fraîche
- ½ package of cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
- 1 pickle or 4 tablespoons of cucumber salad
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 can of cottage cheese
- 1 package of pepper cream cheese
- 1 container of ricotta cheese
- 100 g of fresh cheese
- 2 crushed walnuts
- 1-2 cloves of garlic

Instructions

1. Start by preparing the filling by mixing crème fraîche, cottage cheese, pepper cream cheese, and fresh cheese in a bowl. Add lemon juice and mix until smooth.
2. Grate the cheddar cheese and finely chop the red bell pepper and pickle. Add these to the filling and mix well.
3. Incorporate the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, pumpkin seeds, crushed walnuts, and minced garlic into the filling. Stir all ingredients together thoroughly.
4. Take the fiber bread slices and lightly moisten them with water to soften. Place the first layer of bread on a serving platter.
5. Spread half of the filling over the bread slices. Add a second layer of bread and top it with the remaining filling.
6. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs or vegetables before serving, if desired.
