Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 100 g bacon
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for another minute.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it, reserving a little cooking water.
5. Toss the hot spaghetti with the bacon and garlic in the pan. Remove the pan from heat.
6. Quickly mix in the egg mixture with the spaghetti, ensuring the eggs do not scramble. If needed, add a bit of reserved cooking water to achieve a creamy consistency.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
