Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or microwave.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg-sugar mixture and mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is set.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
