A delightful, crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside chocolate chip cookie, perfect to enjoy with ice cream.Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup room-temperature vegan margarine
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup plant-based milk (such as oat or soy milk)
- ½ cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
3. In another bowl, cream together the vegan margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add the plant-based milk to the margarine mixture and mix well.
5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture and stir until a smooth dough forms.
6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Pour the dough onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until the top is beautifully golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with ice cream!
