Ingredients:

- 1 small spring cabbage
- 2 oranges
- 1 grapefruit
- 200 g cooked shrimp
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Slice the spring cabbage into thin strips and place in a bowl.
2. Peel the oranges and grapefruit, and cut the fruits into segments. Add the fruit segments to the cabbage.
