Ingredients:
- 250 g macaroni
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml cream
- 200 g shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. Cook the macaroni in salted water according to package instructions and drain.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions until soft.
3. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and cream into the beef mixture. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
5. Combine the cooked macaroni with the beef mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake at 200°C (392°F) for approximately 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
