A delightful butter cake perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g butter- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.2. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in the vanilla sugar and milk.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until smooth.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through. Test for doneness with a toothpick.
9. Allow to cool before serving. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar or top with berries.
