Serving Size: Makes approximately 12 small cakes
Ingredients:
- 2 dl sugar
- 1 dl butter
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, beat the sugar and butter until fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to mix well.
4. Stir in the milk and vanilla sugar until combined.
5. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and salt.
6. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
7. Pour the batter into muffin tins or small cake molds.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
