Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g cream cheese- 200 ml cream
- 100 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 gelatin sheets
- 50 ml water
Cloudberry Sauce:
- 200 g cloudberry jam
- 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.2. Heat the cream in a saucepan and add sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the soaked gelatin sheets to the hot cream mixture. Stir well until the gelatin completely dissolves.
4. Add the cream cheese to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into serving cups and place in the fridge to set for at least four hours.
6. To make the cloudberry sauce: Combine cloudberry jam, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until the sauce is hot and smooth.
7. Allow the sauce to cool and serve it over the puddings.
