Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl rye flour
- 1 dl oat bran
- 1 dl water
- 1 dl oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- (optional: seeds or herbs for seasoning)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, rye flour, oat bran, salt, and baking powder.
3. Add the water and oil to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
4. Roll the dough out into a thin sheet and cut into desired shapes.
5. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the crispbreads are golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before serving.
