Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)- 250 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.2. Chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until golden brown and soft, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Pour the cream over the mushroom mixture and stir well. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well. Allow it to heat through for a moment.
7. Grate Parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
