Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 250 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until golden brown and soft, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Pour the cream over the mushroom mixture and stir well. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well. Allow it to heat through for a moment.
7. Grate Parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
