A delicious and refreshing pasta dish that perfectly combines the aromas of white wine with the softness of pasta. This dish is ideal for dinner or special occasions. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne) - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 100 ml white wine (e.g., Kracher Pinot Blanc)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g fresh basil, chopped
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden.
3. Pour the white wine into the pan and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes until the alcohol evaporates.
4. Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.
5. Stir in the cooked pasta, fresh basil, and a little reserved cooking water if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve the pasta topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
