A delicious chicken stew that pairs perfectly with Becker Family Pinot Noir wine. Rich flavors and a smooth texture make it a great choice for dinner.

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml red wine (e.g., Pinot Noir)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and sear until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pot, add onion and garlic, sauté for a few minutes until softened.
3. Add bell pepper and mushrooms, cooking for another 5 minutes.
4. Pour in crushed tomatoes and red wine. Add honey, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
5. Return the chicken thighs to the pot, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 30-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
6. Serve with fresh herbs on top and enjoy with a glass of Pinot Noir.
