Ingredients:
- 400 g salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 dl Pinot Noir wine
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper and place it in a baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lime juice, and honey. Pour the mixture over the salmon.
4. Add the Pinot Noir wine around the salmon in the baking dish.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through yet moist.
6. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
