A delicious cherry sauce that perfectly complements red meat or a cheese platter, combining the cherry flavor and peppery aroma of Pinot Noir wine for an exquisite taste experience.

Ingredients:

- 2 dl Pinot Noir wine
- 1 dl cherry jam
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

1. Heat the wine in a saucepan over medium heat and allow it to boil until it has reduced by half.
2. Add the cherry jam, balsamic vinegar, honey, rosemary, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
3. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the butter until melted and the sauce is glossy.
5. Serve the sauce warm with red meat or cheeses.
