White Chocolate Panna Cotta

A delicious and silky white chocolate panna cotta, perfect as a dessert. This recipe is easy to make and sure to please sweet lovers. Preparation Time: 20 minutes + 4 hours chilling in the fridge
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g white chocolate - 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl milk
- 2 gelatin sheets
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes. 2. Gently melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, milk, vanilla sugar, and salt. Do not let it boil.
4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the drained gelatin sheets to the hot mixture. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
5. Add the melted white chocolate to the mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the mixture into serving bowls or molds and let it cool at room temperature.
7. Cover the bowls with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
8. Serve with berries or sauce if desired.
