A delicious sweet treat perfect for celebrations or satisfying your sweet tooth. This white chocolate rocky road is easy to make and tastes heavenly!

Serving Size: About 20 pieces

Ingredients:

- 2 dl macadamia nuts
- 1 dl pistachios
- 1 dl jelly beans
- 2 handfuls colorful marshmallows
- 1 dl dried cranberries
- 260 g white chocolate

Instructions:

1. Chop the macadamia nuts into rough pieces and add them to a bowl.
2. Add the pistachios, jelly beans, marshmallows, and dried cranberries to the bowl.
3. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler until fully melted.
4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the other ingredients and mix well.
5. Prepare a small baking tray or dish lined with parchment paper.
6. Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it into an even layer.
7. Fold the edges of the parchment paper over the mixture for protection and place it in the refrigerator to cool for at least a few hours.
8. Once cooled, cut the solidified mixture into pieces and serve.
