Ingredients:

- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup oil
- 1 egg
- 100 g white chocolate (chopped)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a muffin tray with paper liners.
2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, combine the milk, oil, and egg.
4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
5. Gently fold in the chopped white chocolate into the batter.
6. Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling them about ⅔ full.
7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow to cool for a moment before serving.
